Okey Dokey Hokey Kokey! I DID add dried apricots to this DELECTABLE sweetie mixture, I had it in my mind before I read the recipe again, that there were apricots included! LOL! EVERYTHING else was as posted, with the addition of a few walnuts to bulk out my precious pecans.........and what a delicious sweet this was..........thanks SO much! They DO go a little soft and chewy if you leave them out of the airtight tin for too long, but that in no way takes away from the delicious buttery and vanilla taste! Made as a Fairy Dust recipe for MsSally and Holiday Tag. Thanks Hokies darlink! FT

This is delectable! I used a silicone baking sheet (Sil-pat), so no need for buttering the foil, etc. I halved the pecans and cranberries, but kept the other ingredients as written. I also tossed the nuts in the bowl, instead of drizzling, as I thought it would work better for me. They were fully covered in the mixture and cooked nicely for me. This will go in my 'food gifts' recipe book, as they are very tasty! Thanks, Hokies Lady, for another winner!
