this is a wonderful, quick stir fry dish. i used shrimp instead of chicken, and it was just perfect. we just love fat rice noodles here

very tasty and great colors. it almost looked like a pasta salad. per directions, i like that the basil, peppers, and sprouts were raw tossed in. (i used one raw mince garlic too.) yummy.
