This recipe was easy to make. Spicy--which is how we like it. The taste is wonderful. We had it with steamed rice, which complemented this dish very nicely.

Absolutely delicious!!! My husband actually requests this one and we put it in whole wheat or regular tortillas with sour cream. Very easy to make.

This was really yummy, and super-easy. The green peppers tasted a bit raw, but I did cut them rather thick and would make sure to cut them thinner next time. I usually don't find chili powder very hot, except in huge quantities, but it gave this dish a surprising kick - just enough. Did I mention fast? Twenty minutes tops; probably more like 10!

So very good and easy and if that's not enough, diet friendly. You can play with the chili to taste.

Lots of flavor in this one! I added juliened zucchini with the peppers and onion. Very easy recipe, and very good! A keeper!

Once in awhile I find recipes that are quick and easy, healthy without tasting like health food and are also versatile enough adapt to what else I have on hand. This is one of those! Like others, I served this fajitas style on whole wheat tortillas, but it could just as easily go over rice, in a pita for lunch or just as is. I used just 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and it was just spicy enough for me. It's easy enough to take the spice up or down. I had two tortillas per serving and also with a side dish of low-fat refried beans and just a few tortilla chips, and as filling as the whole meal was, it was still relatively low in calories. This is a keeper that's going into my healthier cookbook for times when I am craving something Mexican but want to stay on track. This will do the trick and beautifully. Thanks for sharing a winner!

Very delicious and easy to make. My husband didn't get any of the dish because he worked late and everyone ate it up, so tonight I have to make it again because everyone told him how good it was.
