This sounds like an okay sandwich. I just really hate it when people call a recipe something that is so far from the original, it's no longer recognizable. I don't know what you think a Cuban sandwich is, but it's nothing like this. In fact, a child would enjoy a true cuban much more than this with all the onions, peppers, and what-not you've thrown in there. Sorry to be picky, but as a half-Cuban, I don't want people to be misinformed on what, traditionally, is an amazing sandwich.
