I found this recipe somewhere a couple of years ago, and it is fabulous. Can't ask for an easier recipe, but even better, the meat is so gooood to eat!

This was a easy and delicious way to prepare a roast. I popped the frozen roast into my crockpot at 4:30am on low and when I got home around 3 pm the meat was melt in your mounth tender and the house smelled wonderful. I strained out the juice/gravy and thickened it. I served this with fluffy baked potatoes and steamed asparagus. Great meal and so little effort on my part thanks to you. Thanks for sharing.
