Wow! I absolutely am hooked. I wanted a recipe that didn't have mushrooms as well and this was the blue ribbon winner for me and my DH. He had never has baked spaghetti before. We are both hooked. The only changes I made were instead of using oregano I used Italion Seasoning. I also used casserole cheese ( a blend of 4 cheeses) insteaad of chedder. I prefer Ragu Old World Style. It is the best for picky eaters like my son.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet! This is such a great dish. It's almost as easy as boiling noodles and putting sauce on them but it's so tasty. I make it just as written. By putting frozen ground beef in the 'fridge the day before I can cook it while the noodles cook without having to defrost. DH has requested that this replace regular spaghetti and my DD loves it too! This is a keeper and will be on the list of standby's forever.

Have to give it a 5 for simplicity and speed. I had everything in the house, which gets it bonus points. I used mozzarella cheese and whole wheat pasta. A great way to hide the whole wheat pasta — no one will ever expect it is there!

I just had to add to the list of reviews that this is such an easy and delicious recipe. There are so many variations that would be great, but just as is was wonderful. I did cover mine while baking as I thought it may be too dry if I didn't. Thanks for posting.

This was very good but I made some changes to suit my family. I used my own tomato/meat sauce and I used whole wheat spaghetti. I used old cheddar because we love it and I used some sauce to cover the bottom of my dish before I started the layers. I cooked it covered until the last 10 minutes of cooking time and let it rest for 5-7 minutes before serving. I used your method and ingredients as a springboard to make this a recipe that will be made time and time again!

Perfect! This is one of the few recipes that required zero changes to be excellent. I almost always alter something but this is perfect. The amount of sauce, seasonings, garlic, spaghetti... all perfect. Did I mention this is 100% delicious and easy to put together?! If you can boil water, you can do this. We'll have this often.

My daughters and husband absoulutely love this recipe. I followed this recipe exactly just adding extra cheese. I also made it in advance and kept it in the fridge and then popped it in the oven. Thank you!!!!

Delicious recipe! I used Prego Three Cheese spaghetti sauce and a shredded blend of 4 cheeses. We love parmesan cheese so used some for the topping. While browning the beef, added a bit of onion, dried parsley and basil along with the garlic and oregano. Will be using your recipe again and again! This is great reheated, too! Thanks,AngelaTN! I made this for dinner tonight and it was great. I used colby jack cheese and put a little onion powder in hamburger meat. My Dh and I both thought it was worth 5 stars. Definately a keeper.
