Made for Photo Tag. Living in Canada and never having had real British bangers...I took my supermarket's word for it and purchased Bangers made with Pork....love em! I used Country grainy dijon with the onions and then added some good ole Heinz ketchup once they were lovingly wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. I'm the only home so far and...well I ate 2! LOL YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY

This is sooo delicious! We loved our sausages done this way. I added a few left over peppers and mushrooms I had on hand to the onion mix, and it was terrific. Sometimes I just don't want a whole large hot dog bun, you know? This was a great alternative! Thanks F.T!

What a winner, French Tart! I made these with my husband in mind, but I really loved it too. For the sausages I used jalepeno and cheese smoked sausages. It was such a simple recipe that took little time to prepare. It was fun to try something other than a plain old bun. My husband is a mustard guy so he especially loved the onions. Great recipe! Thanks for sharing!

This was a real hit with the kids and husband alike. I am not a big fan of regular hot dog buns so the tortillas were nice change. We used smokies with jalapeno pepper and cheese. Yum!
