We loved this simple to make, tasty stir-fry.I liked the idea of adding the cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger & garlic to the chicken & marinating. I added some snow peas & asparagus to the broccoli & carrots. Left out the celery, next time I think I will add some fresh ginger in with the veggies. Also I used less cooking oil & added a teaspoon of sesame oil, with great results. Thanks very much for this recipe.

Fast, Easy and Delicious. I cut up the vegies in advance and that really helped in the preparation! I substituted 1 medium clove of Crushed Garlic for the garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of Freshly Grated Ginger for the ground ginger. I was pleased to see the substitution equivilents when you "click on" the ingredient, otherwise I would have had to have guessed!

I fixed this tonight and my entire family was impressed. This is really a yummy meal that is quick and easy. The ginger is what really makes the stir fry....I never knew that. Thanks for a great recipe. ~~The Guzmans

A wonderful stir-fry dish. I used 1 t. fresh minced garlic instead of the garlic powder. I threw in a few mushrooms. Served this over steamed rice. We enjoyed the heck out of it. Thanks Nurse Di.

Sadly there was almost no flavor to this. My DH and I were seriously disapointed -especially since everyone gave it 5 stars! The chicken did marinate nicely in the cornstarch, soy sauce, garlic powder mix (perfectly tender) but that's the only kind thing I can say about it. If you are on a diet that requires bland food this would probably be a good recipe for you - it certainly is mild in flavor amd taste.

I made this for dinner tonite and it is very good!! I make stir fry veggies very often, but haven't tried adding the ginger/cornstarch part. I cannot eat broccoli so I used yellow squash, snow peas, carrots, celery and onion. This is quick and easy to make and I will make this many times more! Thankyou for posting it!

I have to say I love love love this recipe. It's simple (for a non-cook like myself) and delicious. I've made this 4 times already! I usually only have frozen veggies on hand and it's still good. I prefer fresh too though! I love to have it with jasmine rice. Thanks so much for the great recipe!!!

I thought this was a great, easy recipe. Perfect even for a busy week night. I substituted one cup of chicken broth for the water and bouillon granules and used the veggies I had on hand, including a bunch of zucchini. Yum!
