26 Reviews of Raspberry Crisp

From: Janny7

Wow! Scrumptious is the best word to describe this. The recipe looked very similar to one I have which uses a jar of raspberry jam, but using fresh berries makes a huge difference. A big thumbs up!

This was excellent. Just the recipe that I was looking for. Very easy to make and the taste was wonderful. I picked more berries this morning so that I can make this again.

Wow, did this recipe bring back memories. This Raspberry Crisp tasted exactly the same as my mother used to make. The only problem I had was I found it to be a bit runny. Either I used to many raspberries (although I tried to follow the recipe) or I may add a little bit more cornstarch next time. I love the brown sugar and oats crust.

I enjoyed this very much. The only change I plan on making is using a bit more butter next time. Thank you for sharing....

I really liked this! The brown sugar and oats combined for a topping had an excellent flavor and texture. I did think overall that the crisp was on the sweet side, and next time I make this I might cut back on the sugar just a bit to help bring out the fruity flavor of the berries even more. Thanks for posting!

As the first review, there was a good sale on fresh raspberries. This was a great desert. It was very easy to make too. It allowed for desert for 2 days for 6 people. I would suggest eating it by the 2nd day since it did start to get a little mushy being whole fruit and all. Flavor was still there and who needs preservatives anyway. Thanks for sharing.

So delish! It's also great with blueberries, but don't add as much sugar. Crispy, sweet, and easy to make.

I look forward to raspberry season since I'm a raspberry fanatic! Since you can only eat so many plain, I enjoy cooking with them also. This recipe is fantastic! I will definitely be making this again.

Just made this today, using wild raspberries- very delicate crust. I cooked it in an 8 by 10 pyrex dish and added another 5 minutes cooking time. Wonderful!!

This is wonderful. I love fresh raspberries and this recipe lets the flavor of the fresh berries shine. It is sweet, but you could easily reduce the sugar - I just increased the berries! Lov e it
