YUM! This was delicious! Next time I might mix half a cup of the parmesean into the dip and put the other half on top. The parm made a weird crust on top and when the dip cooled a bit it was hard to scoop with a chip.

I would give this 10 stars if I could, everyone loved this dip! It tastes exactly like jalepeno poppers and is no work at all. I doubled this recipe and added some white ex sharp cheddar and an extra can of green chilis. I just threw it all in a small crock pot for a party and served with tortilla chips. Thank you for a unique recipe for our parties.
Ok, I just made this again and had some leftover so I decided to use the rest as the filling for Bacon Wrapped Chicken (Oamc) and I have to say WOW! That recipe was great the way it was written but with this as the filler it was even better.

To quote one of my good friends, this tastes "like a party in my mouth"! We LOVED this recipe! I took it to a friend's house for a football party and it disappeared within a half an hour! I used all low-fat ingredients and thought it still tasted great, although next time I think I'll add the whole can of diced jalapenos! I served this dip with baked tortilla chips. STK FD WIFE, A.TITUS, thanks for a tasty and easy appetizer recipe!

Made this for Cinco de Mayo today for a potluck. Recipe has been given out many times today as it was a hit. I added 2 cans of diced jalapeno....did have some heat..but good and so quick and easy. Only sprinkled a little cheese on top. Thanks

I made this awhile back as posted on another site and it was a huge hit at a summer party. It has been requested often. Thank you so much for posting here
**Note- I topped with panko crumbs and put a light spray of oil (before baking) to have the cripy texture of the outside of a jalapeno pepper-very good

This is a Wonderful Dip! My SIL asks me to bring it to every family gathering! Like the others suggested, I mix all the ingredients and then sprinkle with a bit of additional cheese. I also try to make 1 day ahead and then cook so the flavors can blend. I serve with tortilla chips. Mmmmmmm

Absolutely delicious! This should get more than 400 reviews here, too. I loved it hot, warm and cold the next day. I did mix the Parmesan into the other ingredients, rather than on top. Could not stop eating this dip. I will make it a thousand times! Thanks for sharing!

Big hit at our euchre party...I too added some parmesan cheese into the dip and then sprinkled panko crumbs on top before baking...this is fabulous...I served with triskets and toasted baquette slices.

I love the flavor of this dip!!! I mixed in 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese and just heated in the microwave, it was eaten before it could get cold. I also used some left over dip inside a shredded beef burro and poured some on top and heated in the oven.. It was delicious!!!
