I've been looking for a recipe like that that I could use as a base. I liked it as written and the I have also prepared it with these additions: 1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms, 1/2 cup sauteed celery slices, 1 cup bean sprouts and 1/2 cup sliced almonds. It is great either way. Thanks for sharing.
