This was awesome and a quick mid week dinner. My two teenagers loved it and I will be making this dish again.

I substituted grd turkey, but kept the rest of this recipe as is. We really liked it, and I plan to make it, again.

This is a good recipe, even my picky 2 year old loves it. I added some garlic and black pepper, and I also sauteed some onion with the beef. When I make this for breakfast, I leave out the beef and put cooked ham, bacon or sliced sausage in its place. Very good all ways.
