Oh yeah, this was delicious!!! I used all 6 eggs in my 12" cast iron skillet to make 1 large omelet. Then ate the whole thing. I used dry mint & couldn't really taste it - I'll bet fresh would be MUCH better (or try more than 1tsp dry). Made for Ramadan Tag.

    Delicious eggs I liked it with the mint. Gave it that middle eastern flair. Made for Ramadan Tag 2008.

    I had this for breakfast on a saturday morning with fresh veggies, hummus and algerian farina rolls #309705. I scrambled the eggs just because i prefer it personally. Made for Ramadan Tag Game 2009.
