Karen, I have made this recipe many times now, and shared it with friends. It's delicious! Served with the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream...it's a new family favorite. Thanks! my daughter reminded me not to forget to pass the shredded cheese!

We had these for a late lunch today after our soft-ball games. I made the beef filling last night. I only added about half of the tomato puree because I thought it may get too soupy. The filling had a pleasant tomato-y, mildly spiced flavor. I threw in some cumin for an added kick. I used the lettuce and sprinkled a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top before rolling up. We were starving and these babies did the trick. Thanks Karen, I will add this to my ever-growing favorite wrap recipe collection.

This has a good flavor and is easy to make. I must have done something wrong though because I couldn't get it to cook down after I added the tomatoes. Next time I think I'll try a smaller can of tomatoes.

This was an easy tasty dinner... great for during the week when you are rushing home from work or you're in a hurry to take the kids to football practice, etc. The only changes I made to the recipe were to brown the ground beef first with the onions and garlic (omited the celery) and then drained before adding the tomatoes and seasoings. Great meal which I'm sure I will make again!

We loved this dish - so simple and easy to throw together. I followed the recipe exactly and had great results. The shredded lettuce really makes a difference -don't omit it!

Thanks to Photo swap# 7 my DH chose this recipe for me to make. What can I say this is so good. We both ended up eating two of them. I would not change a thing.
