This was such an easy supper! Thank heavens for the crockpot! The sauce was very good but the chicken was a little dry. I would cut the cooking time back...(I did 6 hours on low) Thanks for posting!

This is a wonderful crock pot recipe. I used boneless, skinned thighs and it worked fine. I did end up with more sauce than was needed even though we spooned it over our rice because it was so yummy. I did make a little goof and used a healthy teaspoon of dry mustard instead of the prepared. It tasted fine. It smells so good coming into the house at the end of the work day. I will be making this many more times. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Very good flavor! I used 6 bone-in chicken thighs and 6 drumsticks. I removed the skin from both before putting it the crockpot. The honey barbecue flavor fully permeated the meat while cooking. I cooked these for 4 hours and they were perfectly cooked.

Yummy! I used chicken thighs. For the bbq sause I used Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Onion. I served with buttered noodles and peas. Even my husband who doesn't care for chicken liked this.

This recipe was delicious! We like spicy so I used heaps more chilli sauce & topped chicken with roasted sesame seeds. When the chicken was ready I took about a half cup of the liquid & added to stir fried veges w garlic and served with rice. The chicken was amazing. Sticky & so tasty. Was perfect.

This was the first thing I ever made in my slow cooker, and it turned out perfectly! The meat just fell off the bones! I left out the hot pepper sauce though since 3 out of the 4 of us have sensitive tongues. Thanks for sharing!

This was the first thing I made in my new crock pot! These were delicious, meat feel right off the bone. But they are very saucy. I used @ 12 drumsticks. I had difficulty with the timing since I tried to use a meat probe. Bad idea. But I figured it out, and the chicken was great! Don't have an accurate total time for this recipe.

Wow! These were great! Put these in the crock pot before we left for church and by the time we got home they were done and the smell when we walked in the door was fantastic. I did use boneless skinless thighs (what I use for almost every chicken recipe) and served these with rice and broccoli for an awesome meal. Thanks for posting this Bonette! Can't wait to make these again. Made for Fall 2009 PAC.

Easy meal to fix in the summer so you don't have to turn on the oven! The meat was fall-off-the bone tender. I liked it but DH wasn't that crazy about it.

I don't want to rate it cause it would be unfair. The 2 before be gave 5 stars. I really didn't like the taste that the sauce gave to the chicken. I don't know why. Maybe I did something wrong. It was too greasy. Maybe skinless would be better. Maybe homemade barbecue sauce would be better. So sorry again Bonnette. Thanks for posting. Made for Please Review My Recipe.
