This was a part of our lunch today and was loved by everyone at home. I used long-grain rice to make this. Thank U for the recipe, it is perfect!

I used jasmine rice to make this and skipped the green onions, but otherwise, recipe was made as directed. I really enjoyed the flavor of this, nice and lemony. I am considering adding some fresh rosemary or sage next time. Either way, it was a nice way to get my DH to eat some peas.

We made this just as written for a grilled fish dinner and it was wonderful. The lemon flavor complimented the Jasmine rice nicely with the onions adding some kick and the peas added a bright look and helped balance the lemon taste.

I loved it! It was so light and the lemon was a great addition. Thanks for posting!

This rice was very good except for my boyfriend wasn't really fond of it because it just wasn't quite his taste. I did think that it would have a little bit too much lemon for me but it turned out very good. I added a tad bit of butter because the rice didn't look very tender whenever it was done cooking. It all turned out very nice in the end though and talk about a pretty dish! This recipe would be a wonderful side with fish. I made it with barbequed chicken. Thank you for the recipe.

Wonderful!! I scaled this all the way down to 1 serving, but didn't have any problems at all. I used basmati rice, frozen peas, dried parsley, and omitted the lemon rind, because, well, I don't know how to zest a lemon!
The green onion garnish adds a wonderful zing to the rice. Thanks for this beautiful and flavoured dish, Sue. This one's a keeper!

Delicious! I used Basmati rice - really great flavors with the lemon zest and parsley and onion. Served it with roasted garlic shrimp and a salad and DH said it was like eating in a fancy restaurant. Thanks for posting Sue.

Very VERY easy to make and it's a change from regular rice or chinese fried rice. I had to make it for about 15 people so I cooked large quantities and everyone was pleased! Delicious!
