This is such great bread. Usually when I make quick bread, I have to send the leftovers to work with my husband. Not today. My family demolished a loaf for breakfast by themeselves. Then they asked me to make more for them to take in their lunches this week. I am trying to explain to my husband that just because it is light, he can't he half a loaf. Lol! I only made on little change. I made a little crumb topping with sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Thanks Annacia! Made for photo tag.
