We have always soaked our corn (in the husk) in either beer or water before grilling on the BBQ, but the add in of these spices were AMAZING.. Thanks for the post, Derf..

YUMMY!! I did everything as directed, except maybe a little more Tabasco - seared them on the grill for 2 minutes each side and then moved them over for 30 minutes and they were awesome.

Delicious, way to fix corn on the cob. I also wrapped them in a single layer of foil as the husks were a little then. Love the Parmesan cheese I used less butter, fresh parsley instead of the oregano. Also baked then in the oven at 375 degress as I had several meats going on the BBQ. Worked out great. YUMMY

***** and then some. Found we didn't need to add any more butter mixture once these were ready, they were perfect. The husks caught fire (!!) and we thought the cobs would be spoiled but the flames died out quickly. What a pleasant surprise to find out how tender the corn was! Oh, yum!

This was just freakin' fantastic. Made this for 4th of July BBQ and it was a huge success. Made exactly as recommended. I loved the butter-herb mixture and the corn was so juicy and tender. Thanks Derf, this one is a real stand-out.

The corn turned out perfect - I soaked them as recommended however the husks seemed a bit thin so after I spread on the butter herb I wrapped ithem in a single layer of foil - worked perfect - result lovely cooked corn that exploded when you bit into it. I love the herb combo and was generous with the hot sauce I used Denzel's Kamakazi. Thanks Derf another winner

Absolutely wonderful!!! Only thing I changed was to leave out the hot pepper sauce (personal preference), and I used a little less butter. I am definitely sure this will be a summer staple!! Thank you!!

I've enjoyed this recipe a number of times. I bake it in the oven during the cold months and it turns out great. There will be no canned corn in my home!
