This was so good. And easy to make. The only thing I did different was to use more soup.

My husband turned his nose up at this simple dish initially- and then proceeded to clean his plate, along with the kids! Not a bit was leftover. Thanks for the great and easy recipe. I am definitely adding this one to my short list for quick recipes. One mention on the recipe- I had to cover mine to get the rice cooked all the way through.

Good and easy- very much like a casserole my Mom used to make. I omitted the salt and added half a package of onion soup mix. Wish I would have had fresh mushrooms to add- next time

this wasn't bad. in the future, i won't put in any additional salt, as it was too much with the cream of mushroom. I will also lower the amount of onions.

Too simple to be "gourmet," but too good to be anything but 5 stars! I did add French Fried onions for a little extra zing.

my family and i tried this yesterday-tasted great! the only thing we found that could use a bit of improvement was less salt, other than that, this is definately a recipe we're going to make again!

This was phenomenal! I made a quick and easy change by purchasing a pre-cooked whole lemon pepper chicken that they sell hot at the deli. I removed the meat from the chicken and cut it into bite size pieces. The rest was prepared as described. It was so wonderful, tasty, and just a little bit spicy. Thanks so much! This is definetly my go-to chicken and rice recipe from now on. Update: This was a hit at a potluck, and I just made it again tonight adding celery and cilantro! YUM!!!

This was one of the best chicken and rice dishes that I have ever tasted. I LOVED it! I used onion powder instead of the onions (because I don't like onions), and cut down a little on the chili powder. The only other thing I would change is that next time I'll make a double recipe. My family members all wanted more, and it was gone! Great recipe!!
