I brought these to a potluck and people were getting into them before it even started. I did not put the final pb layer on because it was so hot outside and I was afraid it would be too messy for finger food that way. Still was good with the pb cookie layer and the chocolate.

I made this recipe on 4/10/09 for the " Spring PAC 2009 " event.I sure wish that this recipe could have received a higher rating from me . After mixing the ingredients for the bottom layer, 1/4 cup of water had to be added so everything would come together.Nowhere in the recipe did it read if the baking dish should be greased or not, so I lightly sprayed the dish with a butter flavored spray. After baking, I spread the chips to melt them, but it wasn't working to well. So I popped them back in the oven for a couple of minutes and that seemed to do the trick. It took almost 45 minutes for the chocolate layers to harden enough to spread on the frosting. Now on to the frosting,to me the amount of the ingredients were way off. I had to add almost another cup of sugar, and 1/4 cup milk to get enough to spread over the chocolate layer. I'm sorry, but this won't be made again. But thanks anyway for posting.
