Mmmm, what a great sammie! I made my own bread using Italian Garlic and Herb Seasoned Panini - Focaccia Bread (abm) and then layered on the listed ingredients except for the bleu cheese. for which I subbed Swiss and cheddar. Then I used my panini grill press for a hearty, delicious and quick meal! Thanks Shelby Jo!

This is really yummy and makes a great lunch. I think I would also like to try it with Swiss cheese in place of the blue cheese. Thanks for posting!

YuMmY!! What a great sandwich. I made exactly as stated. I dont have a panini press so I used my George Forman grill and also our sandwhich maker to make these both worked great. Thanks for posting! Made for 123 Hit Wonders!!

I love Cordon Blue and this was great. I don't have a panini maker but now I have a reason to get one. I used a small cast iron skillet to weigh it down.

This is a great tasting sandwich. I used Cheddar,as the fridge was devoid of blue cheese, but I'm looking forward to trying it with it. A really filling and delicious sandwich-thanks Shelby Jo!
