Wow! Found this recipe on a quick search for an easy side dish one recent night after my car broke down and I got home too late to prepare the planned meal. It was pure luck that I had some left over canned chickpeas and a few radishes that were overdue to be used. It turned out to be very tasty in addition to quick and easy. I've added it to my keeper list; and plan to make it the next time I've got a pot-luck commitment, too.
