Wow. This smelled... so... just. SO GOOD. It also made the fluffiest prettiest rice (sigh, I still cannot take a good picture of rice to save my life) I've ever had. We did do half lemon juice and half lime juice because were going for a lime inspired dinner tonight. This was absolutely perfect. Made for ZWT.

I was pleasantly surprised at the delightful fragrance of this rice. The combination of lemon and garlic were perfect! It was the perfect accompaniment to our spicy South American dinner tonight! ZWT4 Babes.

This was really good garlicy tasting rice. Reminds me of the garlic rice that is popular here in the Philippines. Thanks! Made for ZWT4 - Los Jefes de la Cocina!

This was a very nice mild flavored rice, next time I might add some minced onion. It went perfectly with the mojo chicken and corn on the cob. Very easy to get together but makes alot, I would say it serves six. Thanks for sharing and this was made for ZWT4.

A pleasant versatile side dish. I substituted quinoa for the rice. Even with doubling the amount of garlic and lemon, this recipe still gives a subtle flavor. I think it would work well as a side dish, or underneath a vegetable saute.

Nice taste - just a little different from regular rice. Thanks for sharing.
