Delicious and easy to make. I thinned it out with the extra milk. If you don't, it will be too thick, as expected. Made a fiance very very happy! Used over cauliflower and asparagus.

Yum! Just had this for dinner on aspargus. It was delicious and SOO quick and easy to make. I used Jack because I didnt have mozzarella. By using 0 carb cheese and only a couple Tablespoons of milk, I kept the carb count down. I think it would be great on a hamburger or spread on toast.

So simple! I switched the cheeses around to what I had in the fridge (stilton and cheddar) and had a fantastic and much easier substitute for hollandaise for eggs benedict. Will definitely make this again. Thanks for posting.
