I tweaked the recipe a bit by: a) using 4 cups leftover roasted chicken b) doubling all the other ingredients (except oil) c) adding 1/2+ cup greek olives Then we put it all over farfalle. It was wonderful!

This is really good! The chili flakes give it a nice bite and the lemon, sun dried tomatoes, and artichokes with the wine and chicken - Fabulous! I added a couple of kalamata olives because I had them sitting on the counter

I love the combination of chicken with artichokes and this particular rendition was superb. I made this a little lighter by using a good non-stick skillet and reducing the oil in half; also reduced the initial cooking time of the chicken by two minutes and found it was perfectly cooked and tender. The flavors in this dish are quite strong from the garlic, lemon, sun dried tomatoes and oregano) but the are well balanced and work well together. A definite keeper. Thanks iewe.

We had this tonight and it was wonderful. Served it over some thin whole wheat spaghetti with a green salad. Only thing I will add next time might be some green olives.

I thought this was pretty good! My husband didn't like it as much as I did but still asked for the leftovers tomorrow. I took another reviewer's recommendation to double everything (except the oil) and was glad I did since it made the perfect amount of sauce served over bowties. I added a bit more sun-dried tomatoes and eyeballed the oregano and crushed red peppers. The chicken came out moist and flavorful. Thanks for posting this one!

Made as listed — very tasty. Came together easily and quickly. Served with new small picolini pasta. Only used 1 large sl/bl breast for 2 of us, with total sauce for pasta. Think water chestnuts would be good for crunch. thanks for posting, iewe

We thought this was very good. DD said "That was good! Mate it again!" I followed the suggestion of doubling the sauce, but found that it wasn't really necessary for us. I added 1/2 lb of cooked penne and it was almost soupy, but still good! I did not have any sun dried tomatoes, but I did add a some shredded asiago cheese and it added a nice flavor. Thanks for an easy, tasty dish!

Delicious! I cheated a bit by using a jar of marinated artichoke hearts. With the garlic and vinegar contained in that I skipped the garlic and wine in the recipe. I didn't have the sun-dried tomatoes but the lemon and oregano made up for it. I served it on rice pilaf and had an exquisite dinner.
