Made for breakfast this morning, for all 4 of us. I used strawberry yogurt, I should of tried the lemon as suggested. For some reason the strawberry, chocolate didnt seem right, but since there are other variations , I will try lemon and update my review. Made for holiday tag. The kids loved them though. See my rating system.

Thank you for sharing this recipe. I used regular plain yoghurt and got 10 muffins. The muffins came out nice and quite chocolaty - they would also be good with less chocolate. Made for 1-2-3 Tag

I tried the recipe twice for a school project. The 1st time I used a nata de coco flavoured yoghurt, which came out quite lumpy. The 2nd time I used strawberry yoghurt and the chocolate used was from a huge semi cocoa block by the school. Guess what? It came out nice, and soft.

Great result, thanks Loula ! I used banana yoghurt and added a chopped banana - I will freeze half and the rest will be great in the school lunches. Very versatile and so easy to do !!

Mmmmmmmm Marvelous Muffins. These are so light and fluffy, tender and yummy that it's hard to stop! I reduced the amount to 6 muffins and they were on the small side (but that might not be a bad thing *whistles*). I used 3/4 chocolate chips and 1/4 butterscotch chips with vanilla fat free yogurt, I also used Splenda for the sugar and 1/4 cup of egg white for the whole egg and a Healthy Balance like margarine. Very simple and SO good!
