This is such a beautiful and delicious dish! There were no cherry tomatoes to be found in the store so I bought grape tomatoes for this recipe. They were like a little burst of flavor in every bite! This is a delightful way to serve tomatoes. I loved the mealted parmesan on top. Thank you so much for posting! I know I will be making this one again!

This is such an easy side-dish, and it has a wonderful flavor, especially if you use the sweeter grape tomatoes instead of cherry. The melted parmesan really adds a nice touch... try using parmesano reggiano for a bolder flavor. Thanks, Yooper... this will get made often!

Had these for a side with our meatloaf, love parmesan and it and parsley always seems to complement tomatoes!! Nice touch finishing under the broiler!! Very good, thanks for a keeper, Yooper.

We tried these tonight with just a bit of a twist. We grilled them in a grill stir fry pan on a charcoal grill. Delicious!!! I used grape tomatoes and they took on the most wonderful smokey flavor with just the right amount of S&P. I did use the cheese but didn't use the parsley. I just snuck a few left overs from the fridge and even cooled they still have the wonderful smokey flavor and I can't wait to have them again. A great side dish for most any meal. I picked this on a recommendation and am very glad I did.

I added some tarragon into the mix, which gave it a yummy sweetness. I discovered my oven was broken after i had them all ready to go, so I cooked them in a covered pot on the stove for 10 mins or so. The cheese burnt, but even so, Delicious! I can't wait to try it when my appliances are actually working!

Can you get any simpler? These are just yummy and so easy, no effort at all and the taste is pure and fresh. I've made these at least 6 times, but have forgotten to post a review until this morning...that's cause I'm eating them this very minute with some toast for breakfast. You can jazz 'em up by adding a little garlic powder and some cheese, I will use a high quality cheddar cheese, shredded, at times, the cheaper cheddar tends to release to much oil, and a dash of red pepper flakes. You can really use any cheese you like, but don't leave out the Parmesan. Thanks for sharing, definitely a staple in our home. The fresh parsley, salt, & pepper are a must! It's even good with some fresh cilantro, lol.

I used grape tomatoes as that is what I had on hand. These tomatoes were very good and I loved the parmesan cheese on top. But I will say to watch them in the oven as they will overcook very quickly! Thanks for a delicious recipe yooper!
