Great recipe! I just love cauloflower and its great to have a different way to prepare it! I steamed my cauliflower until it was cooked and then just added it to the sauce at the end. Made for ZWT 4!

    This was simple to prepare with delightful results. I used a small head of cauliflower and halved the amounts for the sauce. The sauce has lots of flavor from the onions and garlic with a light acidity from the tomato paste and lemon. I also sprinkled in some Greek oregano at the end. Would not change a thing here. Thanks!

    this was a nice recipe to try. I had some cauliflower and was looking for a different way to fix it. It was just ok for us. it did not reheat well at all. I had fun trying it out anyways.
