This made the house smell so good while it was cooking. My family loved this. Placed in a tortilla. Made for Tastebud Tickling Travellers for ZWT4.

My DBF went crazy over this dish. I made mine into a burrito with some black beans and avocado-YUM!!! This didn't have too much heat, but had a nice flavor from the spices. I had to use a canned tomato as we are have a tomato scare in the states right now. I also just realized that I forgot to add the breadcrumbs, however my sauce had a nice thickness and I didn't need it. I made this for the ZWT 4 .

Dh and I are so sorry!! The flavors just didn't work for us. Normally one of us enjoys the recipe...but this time it just didn't work. Nutmeg and Cinnamon with pork?? We both thought...what the hey, maybe...I made as posted. Just wasn't our cup of tea. Thank for letting us try your recipe.
