Oh, sooooooooooooo delicious!! Very simple to make . . I always substitute fresh minced garlic (the kind that comes in the jar that you keep in the fridge) for whenever whole cloves are called for. 1/2 tsp. minced = 1 clove. I will definitely make these again!

This is a delicious alternative to regular potatoes. I love to cook but am often pressed for time so I cooked the potatoes in the microwave first and cooked the cloves in foil under the broiler for 15 minutes. Then I continued as directed. This only took me about 40 minutes total instead of 2 hours. Great recipe.
