Quick, easy and tasty. How can you go wrong with apple and cinnamon? I didn't have any granola so just used the Cool Whip. I use 1/4 tsp of hazelnut extract and 1/4 tsp of vanilla. I did add an extra tsp of Splenda and that was just right for me. Be sure to use a dish big enough to allow for boil up while in the micro.

Quick & easy way to start the morning. I made as directed & found that it wasn't sweet enough for my liking. I added 1/2 tsp brown sugar to it & topped with whipped cream. Made for 123 Hits

This was such a great recipe Brooke. Loved it. I used a big RedDelicious apple. And for the granola, I used my favorite recipe of Redsie's. Down to Earth Granola Weight Watchers. My absolutely favorite combination of ingredients here. And, so very healthy and guilt-free. Glad I found this and tagged for Newest ZaarTag 08' 5+stars!!

Made for Every Day is a Holiday Tag! What a yummy, yummy dessert! The only thing that I did different was to use brown sugar Splenda instead of regular Splenda. This tasted just like apple pie without all the fattening ingredients in apple pie. We always have apples on hand, so I will make this yummy treat quite often. Thanks for posting this Brooke the Cook!

Great, fast as lickity split, dessert that was a good use of all things in the pantry. I followed another reviewers advice, and use brown sugar instead of Splenda, however, this was so tasty, and full of taste and ba/zing with a nice serving of vanilla ice cream, this was wonderful! I punch some maple crunch cereal on top, whipped cream, and there you go Perfect! Will make often!

This is a great dessert without a ton of guilt. I did double the recipe and ended up with 3 nice servings which were topped with butter pecan no sugar yogurt. When doubling the recipe it does require a slightly longer cook time. Made for ZWT5

This was really good...I would probably use regular sugar next time since I really don't like the taste that the splenda gives. 1 tsp sugar is not much. This was very quick and easy. I used the granola but not the cool whip. Made for ZWT5 for the Cooks with Dirty Faces. Thanks for a great easy recipe.

I made this for myself for a late snack and enjoyed it very much. I used 1 Tbsp brown sugar for the splenda, and regular cool whip for topping over some granola. Very refreshing and easy to make with pantry ready ingredients.
