Tis dessert was totally delightful! I used chocolate graham crackers. The peanut butter in the crust was so tasty! (A little messy, but well worth it) Next time I will get some friends together and do them assembly line style, as I want to make lots! It is so easy to pop one out of a freezer bag, we no longer like to scoop out icecream from the carton. Wouldn't this be good with nuts and whipped cream? Thankyou for sharing this recipe!

What a great idea, I will make these in the morning when the kids have gone to school, it will be a nice surprise when they come home. Endless possiblities for changing the flavours of icecream and crumb mixture...chris
