This makes a delicious and flavorful hamburger gravy. It came together in no time. I used half 'n' half and did not add in any cream of mushroom soup. I thought that, perhaps, 1/2 cup flour would make this gravy too thick for our tastes and I was right. I even added a little more half 'n' half after that but it was still incredibly thick. Next time, I will significantly reduce the flour. I'm not sure if it even needed it because the half 'n' half was thickening up pretty good on its own. The combination of spices are right on, however. It tastes wonderful.

I cut this recipe in half & I still got 6 helpings out of it. I used half milk & half whipping cream for the sauce & added in the can of mushroom soup. Since this made the sauce thicker I did not use the flour but added 1 tsp of cornstarch to thicken it. Overall this was an easy tasty dish. Thanks Kittencal... Made for 123 HITS

Thanks KittenKal for this nice recipe. First I cut the recipe in half, used ground beef, soy milk & forgot the parmesan cheese!!! But we still enjoyed it, and it may actually deserve a 5 star rating. I will make it again soon, and use the parmesan cheese! Promise. Thank you, Colorado Lauralee

I fixed this for dinner tonight and it was a huge hit. It fed 6 adults with plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow. The only thing I changed was to use garlic powder as I didn't have any fresh on hand. I thought this was more like a sauce for the noodles than a gravy. Definitlly a keeper.

MMM-mmmm...this is all time good comfort food. And, so very filling too. I love these kinds of recipes to fill the belly's of my MEN. I made the recipe exactly as written including using 1/2 milk and 1/2 half and half. I used Buttered Garlic Noodles and also baked a few potatoes for another option. Served with garlic toast and this was perfect. Another definite keeper Kitts. Made for ZaarStars~

I made this for dinner last night and the majority of my family enjoyed it, which is a hard feat to accomplish with 4 kids. My DH actually said this is the best hamburger gravy type dish I have prepared. Thanks for posting!
