This was delicious! I recommend plain side dishes such as white rice and stir fry vegetables. The sauce is sweet and flavorful, but it is not too much so. Great recipe!

I knew this was going to be good as soon as I say the ingredients! I followed the instructions exactly and it turned out fabulous. Wife thought it was too sweet but I thought it was a nice balance of spice and sweet. I don't like food that is too spicy and I thought the amount of sugar was just right but next time I might put 1/4 sugar to please her

This was a very flavor-ful dish. All-in-all we enjoyed it over white rice, but decided if I try it again (my family agreed) that I should leave out the brown sugar. I know it was aptly named - but it is very sweet. The honey would probably hint at the sweetness enough since the spice is so mild. Had left-overs the next day for lunch and as the flavors melded - the sweetness pretty much overpowered the spicy flavor of the cayenne and curry. Some may enjoy this - but seems too sweet as a main dish for our taste.

This is fabulous, it really is. I took note of previous reviews and cut back on the brown sugar, I used about 1/4 cup, maybe less, otherwise, according to recipe. The chicken is marvellous, moist and tender, and the sauce is a good blend of sweet and spicy, with very good texture, coating, but ample for the dish. I served this with couscous, and we all loved it, I will make this again. Made for PAC Spring 2009

It was entirely too sweet, and made your stomach hurt after eating it from all the carmelized brown sugar and honey. It would be a great chicken to eat if your drinking lots of beer.
