I have no idea how to pronounce the name of these pancakes, but my family is calling them HEAVENLY! I got the "Are you kidding?" look when DH & DS found out we were having oatmeal pancakes for dinner. But it turns out the oatmeal is the special ingredient. It's texture is just perfect to create a fluffy but slightly chewy pancake. We actually ate more of these than normal pancakes. I did not add raisins as the boys wouldn't like them & we ate them with butter & maple syrup. We'll be saving this recipe to make again & again. Thanks for sharing, Iceland! This precious baby was adopted from the PAC Spring 2008 orphanage.

Very tasty and FILLING! I love the cardamom and may add more next time. I, too, skipped the raisins, and served these with butter and maple syrup. Made for Spring 2008 PAC Orphanage.
