Excellent!!! Smooth and creamy sauce surrounding bites of tender steak. All atop a mound of noodles. This one you MUST try.

Add me to the list of your admirers, MG! This steak recipe is outstanding! It's really easy to mix up and simmer along on the stove. I served Karen Monahan's Autumn Two Potato Scallop, #41183, with it, so I omitted the egg noodles. Made a lovely meal. We really enjoyed. Thanks for sharing. Laudee

This was rich and delicious... reminded me of a beef stoganoff and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The sauce has wonderful color, flavor, and texture to it. Though the round steaks were tender, beef tenderloin would surely make this a dish fit for royalty. Thanks for a great "keeper" to add to my rapidly growing list.

We all really liked this. I fried the onions on the side as my DH doesn't eat them, and I didn't cook the meat as long as stated. It was very easy and fast to make and the flavour was amazing!

Finally a wonderful easy way to use up round steak!! Easy to make, very few ingredients, and easy clean up. The steak came out moist and tender, not an easy task. Thanks Mystery Girl.
