Delicious! This was absolute gorgeous, and it did indeed make the house smell lovely. I used dried butter beans and they got quite soft through cooking and turned into a kind of mash, but I don't think this was a problem at all. I didn't have any red wine so I used 2 tbs red wine vinegar and made the rest of the volume up with water. I served it with some steamed carrots, celeriac and kale. I'll definately be making this again, thank you!

This was delicious. I wasn't paying attention and used white wine instead of red but it was great. Next time I make this I will use red like the recipe intends
