I love quick and easy.... and this was no exception! I did not have cooked potatoes so I just added them cut and raw to the pan with some diced onion. They were golden and pretty in about 12 minutes. We love kielbasa and have never had it with eggs.... DH said next time he wants me to add bacon (something I purposefully did not add LOL ) High Five! Zaar World Tour 4! Whine and Cheese Gang!

This is a really really strong 4 star, so easy and tasty as written. I was feeling naughty so cut up about 7 or 8 slices of bacon into 6 pieces and sauted that before adding the potatoes. What I love about this recipe, aside from the ease of it, is the adaptability to suit any taste preferences and which is why I said strong 4 star but giving it 5 stars. Next time I'll add a chopped jalapeno or some red pepper flakes to it and maybe some diced onion. That would suit our taste preferences. Maybe even add some grated asiago...Mmmm, more possibilites...Made for ZWT4

Really hit the spot tonight. I made it with potatoes cooked in their skins in the microwave and then left to cool. Really good and easy too. Made for Zaar World Tour 4.

I made this for the Kids Challenge ZWT4. My 6 yr old liked it plain but LOVED it smothered in ketchup!
Thanks for a one pan recipe that was simple enough for my son to help me with!

I thought I would like this more than I did but it was good just the same. My husband enjoyed it. I think I should have used less oil as the sausage was a bit greasy (you warned me!). Thanks for sharing your recipe.

I made this for breakfast this morning with some leftover potatoes and kielbasa that I had on hand. With these ingredients already available, it came together very quickly for a delicious and satisfying breakfast. I made this recipe for Zaar World Tour 4.

Everyone loved this. I used SPAM instead of kielbasa and cooked the eggs sunny side up in another pan and served them over top. I also used packaged hashbrown potatoes (the diced kind). Next time I think I'll try the potato o'brian type and will poach the eggs. Great dinner that everyone loved.
