Per Dunkin Donuts, they twice brew the coffee through the filter to make it extra strong, then add the ic, milk and sugar. They do it because all that ice and milk waters down the coffee taste and KICK!

I was looking for a good iced coffee and low and behold here is a recipe like Dunkin Donuts. Not only is Dunkin Donuts my favorite coffee but my Uncle Bill was the founder, so you might say I am partial! :D Yes, they do make the coffee stronger for the ice coffee, but the truly delicious flavor is from the special coffee beans in their blend of coffee, and unless you buy Dunkin Donuts coffee, you won't get the exact taste. I happened to have used their coffee, so it's pretty darn close to perfect. I also used Fat Free Half and Half instead of the milk for extra creaminess, as they use cream, not milk. Also, I added the sugar to the coffee and stirred it in when the water was nice and hot, then let it cool. It helps the sugar to dissolve in the water instead of settling down to the bottom of the glass. I also tried it with Splenda with great success. Delish! Linda

This came out exactly like Dunkin Donuts iced coffee. Thanks! I always have leftover coffee sitting around in the carafe, and this is an easy and delicious way to use it up.

I substituted Splenda and fat free skim milk for a healthy twist. Still good.

I have never had Dunkin Donuts iced coffee, but this was really good! I may try some flavored creamer in it next time! I too always have extra coffee (I'm the only one in my house that drinks it...my DH prefers Red Bull), and this is a great way to use it up! Thanks!

I love this!! I've never had Dunkin Donuts coffee but was looking for an iced coffee that didn't use condensed milk for a Sunday when I had a lot left in the pot. I tripled this recipe, and kept it in a pitcher in the fridge. I drank on it for 3 days, and enjoyed every drop! The milk-coffee ratio and the sweetness level is perfect. I'll be drinking this all summer long

I've never had an iced coffee before (I'm not a coffee drinker). Needing some caffeine I came to my trusty Zaar and found this recipe. It is really good. Made as directed and loved it. Read the reviews and per Wildflour added 1/2 t vanilla. Pleased with the results, I added 1/2 t almond as well. Due to the taste, ease and cost I think I may give up my Diet Coke habit. Thanks for sharing.
