When my husband told me no more cheesy potatoes for Easter dinner I went on-line and found this receipe and To Die for Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes, (Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes.) Both were easy and fun to make. They were a big hit and I will be adding them to our collection of family favorite receipes. Many Thanks!

This was spectacular! I had a friend with a nut allergy so I nixed the pecans and flour and mixed the butter and brown sugar with honey bunches of oats cereal for the topping....it was AWESOME! Thanks so much for sharing!
