I really enjoyed my cauli & broccoli this way, I used dijonnaise & sour cream and as suggested by some other reviewers doubled the sauce, really simple to do and full of flavour, I'm sure to make this often. made for ZWT 4.

I agree, this is a nice change from the usual cheddary-cheesy sauces for cauliflower. The Dijon adds great flavor and the nuts are a nice bonus (I used almonds in place of pine nuts). I sprinkled some paprika on top for a pretty look. Another great thing is that this can be made in well under 10 minutes. Thanx for posting!

This great-tasting recipe was on the menu of the Canadian Wildlife Adventure as told by Sydney Mike for the Fighting Fourchettes, ZWT4. I chose to make this recipe simply because the white on white so reminded me of those big, beautiful white bears frolicking in that big, beautiful expanse of white snow. Strange what triggers the imagination. I'm not sure sure I can look at cauliflower the same way ever again.

I had a normal sized organic head of cauliflower; I made the sauce as directed and it was very easy to put together, although I felt that it made way too much and I didn't know what else I could use it for, so ended up wasting about a 1/3 of it. I enjoy the taste of dijon, but found it to be overwhelming. DH also didn't care for the mustard taste and DS was also not a fan either. I don't think I'd do this one again, sorry. Made for ZWT4.

Sensational cauliflower. If you feel the need to change something — double the sauce. Used Best Ever Homemade Mayonnaise. This is an excellent dish that I will make often in the future. Yummo!

Very easy and very good! I chose to steam my cauliflower and microwaved the sauce. I enjoyed it with dinner. Thanks Rita! Made for ZWT4-Fancy Feinschmeckers!

I agree with Leggy Peggy in doubling the delicious sauce! I didn't make mine "light" however; my current health consciousness mode says to use full fat mayonaise and sour cream — it's all about the least amount of tampering with our food at the plant! Thanks, Sage! Made for ZWT4.
