Tried this recipe last nite. Was really good. I used turkey sausage and it tasted great!! Very easy!!

Very good! Really enjoyed this but we used mild pork sausage. I agree that the turkey sausage would work equally as well for any non-meat eaters in the family

I tried the last night. It was very good. I really like couscous anyway, and the addition of cranberries is really great. I just used turkey sausage since I try to watch the fat in my recipes. Very good! I will make it again.

We really loved this. DH needed a sec to get into the groove but the kids made me promise I'd make it again. I used a tube of breakfast sausage and left out the coriander because I didn't have any. It was very good and I'll make it this way again. Great with a simple side salad. Thanks for posting.

Great recipe! It comes together very quickly and with hardly any dishes to clean after dinner! Very flavorful with the sausage and cranberry combo.

There is no chicken broth listed in the ingredients. I need to know how much broth to use in order to make this. It sounds really good.
