this is a fantastic recipe! my kids and i LOVE peanut butter and often eat a spoonful for a snack mid day but this is a super nice treat with all the extra's mixed in
I made these with natural peanut butter but i didnt have flax seed, thanks Erin!

I modified the recipe slightly. I used sunflower butter because I seem to have an allergy to peanuts. I left out the raisins and used agave nectar instead of honey and then rolled in the flax seeds. They were very good and gave a protien boost for breakfast. Yummy.

These were good. I kept to the ratio of ingredients as listed in the recipe, and the flavor of the sunflower seeds seemed to come through more than the peanut butter. Not a bad thing, but I wasn't expecting it.
