13 Reviews of Dijon Broccoli

I turned this into a solo meal by adding a half a cup of broccoli flowerets to boiling water that also contained two cups of dried pasta. While they were cooking together ( eight minutes was just right ) I mixed the rest of the ingredients in a shallow bowl, and then poured the drained, hot pasta and broccoli on top and tossed. I think that diced cooked chicken or ham would also work well here.

I love broccoli and different ways to serve it. I added some minced garlic to this. I did add some cayenne pepper (I do like hot and spicy) but it just did not seem to work with the veggi only. Maybe if I added some pasta and chicken as Bill suggested the cayenne would have gone over better with me.

This is a very tasty way to serve broccoli. I used frozen broccoli and it worked just fine. It is very easy and quick to make.

I did substitute soy sauce as I did not have any worcestershire sauce but otherwise stayed true to the recipe. Great sauce and my 3 year old polished off not only her share but ALL of the remaining broccoli. ALl of us liked it and I'm not even a broccoli fan. Recommend eating this with plain or mashed potatoes so that the butter sauce is not wasted.

A nice change from creamy broccoli casseroles or just plain broccoli with butter. I also substituted soy sauce for worcestershire and it was good, but I'd also like to try the recipe as posted to compare. The vinegar was very nice in it, the recipe was super quick and easy, and even my 20 month old ate a plateful. The only thing we had a problem with was that it was a little too liquid, and we would have liked it to stick to the broccoli better.

Absolutely wonderful! I made as a side dish for Thanksgiving and it was a hit. I don't think I had quite enough broccoli, but it wasn't a big deal. Great flavor, healthy, and less fattening than a casserole. This is going in my recipe book!

We really liked this. It kind of hides the flavor of broccoli, according to my kids, lol.

This is really good! The only change I made was that I used red wine vinegar.. Thanks Mille!

This was really a hit at dinner! The sauce flavors toned down the strong flavor of the broccoli so that all the flavors worked well with each other. I think this would be a perfect side dish to go with just about anything. We had it as a simple supper with smoked sausage and baked beans. Thank you.

This was very easy to make (did not use cayenne). I enjoyed the taste the vinegar (a bit of a kick) gave this dish. For the more mature taste as my kids were not to enthusiastic about this dish.
