These were so wonderful. The sauce was perfectly sweet/tangy. The ribs were juicy and delicious. The meat fell off the bone. A very easy recipe to follow. My DH who is a rib fanatic, gave these an inthusiastic thumbs up. Thanks Nurse Di!! Your recipes are the best

I made these last weekend at our lakehouse. This was so easy and the ribs were so tender and juicy. The BBQ sauce was spicy and sweet. Thanks Nurse Di. Everyone commented on how good these were.

Awesome!! I have always had rib-phobia. Mine never turn out fit to eat. This was so easy. The sauce is as good or better than any I have tasted. The meat was so tender and juicy. I served this with Poker's BBQ Potatoes. We were in Hog Heaven. Hats off to you Nurse Di.

I'm rating you on the sauce which is wonderful. We don't like sweet and I was afraid it would be. It was perfectly delicious. I slow cook my ribs on 200 for 6 hours or so. They are always fall of the bone tender and I won't change that method. Gloria

A 5 star hit with my family. I followed your recipe exactly and didn't change a thing. So easy to prepare. I had just over 4 pounds of very meaty pork spare ribs and the amount of sauce was just right. Superb taste, and wonderful aroma. I just about had to stop them from eating the bones. The only thing I will do different the next time is to wait until they have only about 15 minutes left to cook to brush the ribs with the sauce. At 30 minutes the sauce got a little hard on some of the ribs making that meat a little tough to chew for the false teeth generation.

Outstanding ribs!! We put on a spread for my huge family. I doubled the recipe with no problem. It is true, the rib meat was soooo very tender. The sauce, ma cherie, is without out a doubt some mighty fine tastin' stuff. We ate until we were about to explode. The Daniel clan thanks you.

This recipe is one of the "BEST" rib recipes I have ever had the pleasure of tasting...I loved the combination of sweet and spicy... My son ate all the leftovers, after I went to bed...When I went in the fridge, the plate was gone LOL...Late night snack for him, and he loved them cold!!!

The ribs turned out beautifully. I am so impressed. The meat was tender and we didn't break our teeth trying to get the meat off the bone (that is the way mine usually turn out). The sauce was a little spicy and a little sweet. Very yummy. I served with baked beans and potato salad.
