It was great. I realized that I forgot the garlic so after the marinade was on the fish, I sprinkled with garlic powder. I baked it until the top browned at 350. Thanks!

Loved the taste combo of ginger, garlic & soy sauce in this recipe, which I halved to serve 2! So simple to whip together, also! Since we usually eat salmon several times a week, this will be on file in my kitchen from now on! Thanks for sharint! [Made & reviewed for one of my adopted chefs in this Spring's PAC]

Yum! I marinaded this for about 30 minutes while I made hubby's and Little Miss (DD) dinner. I baked the Salmon for about 20 minutes on low heat with the marinade. I added the optional liquid smoke and it was perfect. I served the Salmon with the marinade garnished with fresh slices of spring onion, a green salad and crisp bread. Thank you CHILI SPICE

Awesome marinade!! Used a salmon fillet. The combination of all the flavors was awesome. I baked it at 350 for about 20 minutes or so in a 13 x 9 pan. I served it with parm couscous & broccoli. YUUM! Will be making again. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

This was a really simple, delicious marinade for salmon. DH and I love the combination of garlic and ginger. As the weather was dreary, I roasted the salmon filets at 375 F for 10 minutes. It turned out moist and flavorful. Thank you for a yummy recipe! Made for Recipe Swap #19 Aus/NZ.

Great recipe. I did not have fresh ginger so I substituted an Asian spice blend. It worked great on the Foreman grill. It passed the "dogs come into the kitchen looking for the food" test.

I don't think it could get any better than this! Terrific flavor, fast and easy! It went right to the top of our salmon recipe list. DH told me "be sure to keep this one!" I will surely make this often. Thanks so much for a definite keeper! Be sure to add the Liquid Smoke, I used about 1/4 teas. It can't get much better than this!
