Absolutely rich and fabulous!!! Made this one just as stated other than dropping in a few more cloves of garlic. Super rich, super decadent. My husband almost ate the whole pan himself. Neither my 2 or 4 year old liked this...but who cares? More for us!!! Will definitely make this one again. VERY company worthy! Pics to follow soon. Made for Fall Pac 2008.

    I liked this but DH didn't really care for it. I would make again if he's not around. It is very good with the pancetta.
