This recipe is sensational. It's easy-to-make, colourful and delicious. I made it as written for nine exchange students (including two vegetarians) and they all woofed it down — even the two Brazilians who swear they do not eat veggies, especially green ones. It was such a success I made it again the next night. Thanks for a real dazzler.

We enjoyed this with some Sesame Chicken left over from our take out and it went very well together. My kids loved this and it was even easy enough for the kids to help with it. Thank you for posting.

Very good recipe. I didn't have any mirin or sherry so I just put a bit more rice vinegar....maybe a 5 star if I had the right ingredients. I was surprised how much the Napa wilted just by pouring the boiled noodles over it - was afraid it would be too crunchy for me.

Great dish! Liked it better cold than warm. I used some whole wheat linguine for the pasta bc I love udon but cant get them here. Thanks for a dish I can make and keep in the fridge for cool lunches or meals any time!

I thought the sauce was a little thick so I used cooking water and bit of OJ to thin it down. I liked it warm, but I think I will like it better as cold noodles. Thanks for sharing!

We enjoyed the sauce on the cabbage, but not as much on the noodles (we used udon noodles, which we usually love). So I plan to use the sauce again perhaps over some mixed veggies including the napa and perhaps try a different type of noodle. Thanks for sharing!

This was very nice. The sauce was great, but I only used 1 tsp of the roasted sesame oil from past experience using it. I did increase the red pepper flakes for personal taste. Used multi-grain angle hair pasta which worked well for us. Really like it cold better than warm. Thanks for sharing. This has lots of possibilities.

Excellent! Flavors were not too heavy. The noodles and cabbage thinned the sauce out considerably. I used whole wheat egg noodles (2 yr old DD needs bite size noodles) instead of udon and added a ton of cabbage. Maybe next time I'll drizzle lime juice over all and/or add some crisp sprouts. We will definitely be having this again. Paired with Beef Teriyaki - just wonderful.
