Two servings? Ha! I ate it all for lunch, and what a fine, colourful, healthy and quick lunch it was. I used 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to keep the salt content down, and added one head of chopped baby bok choy. Made and enjoyed to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

I was surprised with just how good this simple combination was! I was tempted to add other vegetables, but thought I would give it a try and it was lovely (though additional vegetables would no doubt be good as well). I saved most of the calories by skipping the olive oil and just giving my pan a couple shots of cooking spray. I also added a shake of crushed red pepper for some heat. Thanks for posting!

Yummy stir-fry! The rice wine and mushrooms work really well together. Thanks Pneuma!

Great taste and colourfu!. I love mushrooms and peppers. I didn't have any rice wine and used white wine instead.

LOVED it! DH is not a big fan of mushrooms (or peppers) and he gave thumbs up! I used red and yellow peppers and added in a generous pinch of red pepper flakes. And I used chinese rice vinegar instead of rice wine. Thank you, Pneuma, for sharing this wonderful recipe, I definitely will be making it again!

Quick, easy and colorful veggie dish! I used orange bell peppers and baby bella mushrooms. I loved this as a side dish and maybe when I make this again, I'll add some cubed tofu for a complete meal! Thanx!

Loved this simple to do side. I don't usually eat mushrooms but ate all mine up in this. I used Sake in place of rice wine and kecap manis as I was out of soy, mine was probably a little sweeter due to the ingredient substitutions but worked well with this dish served alongside some chicken skewers & rice. Thanks Pneuma!

Very nice, tasty and quick to make. I served it as a main on sticky rice for 2 and there was just a small amount left over. If using as a main , next time I would add a handful of roasted cashew nuts when serving and garnish with a little chopped corriander. Unfortunately I had neither on hand when I made this dish. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Recipe Swap May 09. Thank you Pneuma for posting.

This was very tasty and easy to make. I served this over rice. I made this to share with my Mother and she loved it and wanted me to make more. I did throw in some diced up white onions in this. It was very colorful. I will be making this again as it is very good. Thanks for the recipe.....
