This is such a wonderful recipe. I love bananas and I love yogurt and with the added spices it is a party in my mouth. As I was dumping in the yogurt the whole container fell into my bananas so I'm not sure how much my ratio was off. I used five bananas that had started to brown a bit and it looked like more than two cups to me so the ratio may have been okay
Either way it was fabulous and I will make this again and again.

I've never had a sweet raita before, and this was very good. I was surprised to try the other Indian things on my plate and then try the raita and wonder where the "spicy" had come from. Oh yeah! This dish has the cayenne! lol. Thanks! Reviewed for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders Tag.

Interesting. This is very new to me, I wasn't quite sure what to do with it, so we just ate a little bowl between courses. I think I would try it again over chilled boiled potatoes, with the spices stepped up just a little.
